1. All 7-12 grade athletics require an updated NDHSAA Sports Physical to be completed.  We encourage all students to get this completed over the summer (anytime after April 15,) so that it covers all activities for the entire school year.  Once completed, the physical form should be submitted electronically during registration. (Think you’ll lose your physical?  Take a picture or scan it so you can upload it when registering.)
2. Each 7-12 grade athletic activity requires a separate participation fee ($40 or $60 depending on the activity).  An online application for financial assistance to help cover the cost of participation fees will be available here.
